Operator needs: date, location (driveway/backyard/retreat property), group size, use case (relaxation/post-workout/event/retreat). They quote a package + take a 50% deposit to hold the date.

Typical residential session: 2-3 hours, 4-6 people, $200-$450.

Booking

50% non-refundable deposit, balance 7 days before. Cancellation: 14+ days = full refund minus deposit; 7-14 days = 50%; under 7 days = no refund.

You'll sign a liability waiver before the session — standard for wellness rentals.

Day-of prep

Operator confirms 24-48 hours before. Your prep:

Operator arrives 60-90 minutes before session start. Unit comes to temperature (180-200°F internal). They set up:
